Secure messaging is HIPAA compliant and is the preferred method of electronic communications between Members and the Two Tree Integrative Health team. It is our goal to respond to messages within 48 to 72 hours; however, some questions that require more in-depth responses may need to wait until our next appointment. We encourage good communication from our Members and typical communication volume is 1 to 3 messages between appointments.
For very extensive questions and inquiries that may require more in-depth discussion, we recommend that you save these for appointments with our Practitioner and/or Health Coach. This ensures we have dedicated time for a thorough examination and discussion of your concerns. We also encourage Members to fill out a Pre-Visit Self-Reflection form prior to your appointments which can capture any changes since your previous visit.
